Challenge: Each Spinning tube to have 60 grams yarn content. (from the existing 48 grams) on the Quattro/Sieger Auto Doffer Retrofit on Manual LMW machines.
Achieved: Moksha created Slimline tubes and Delivered tubes in 40 days to achieve this target: The “No Compromise” tube meeting all yarn parameters without any additional yarn breakage.

Achieved:
- Power saving – 1.6% on higher cop content.
- Optimizing the cop content results in saving of 3% winding drum requirement.
- Reduction of yarn joining by 4 to 5% due to increase of cop content.
- Automatic Winders and Ring Frames efficiency goes up with increase in cop weight.
Challenge:
- COUNT- 30 COMBED / BOBBIN LENGTH -180 mm / MACHINE TYPE – KTTM RXI 240
- OBJECTIVE: Plan to reduce ring dia from 38 mm to 36 mm to increase the productivity.
- Target to cope up the increase ring production due to ring change without adding extra winding drums.
Achieved:
- Target Achieved with Power Saving of 2.5%
- Productivity increased 2.0%
- Established after conducting a long trial by Energy Management & project Team.
